Brutal cooking experiment

The land provides us with edible plants that possess powerful beneficial properties. We decided to observe, taste, and collect these plants, categorizing them into two main groups: infusible (focused on taste and aroma) and cookable (focused on taste and texture). Our research began with the concept of "brutal cooking," where the ingredients are prepared with only water and salt, without any additional components. This approach allowed us to showcase the plants in their purest form, highlighting their natural flavors and nutritional value.

Using this method as a foundation, we began experimenting with combinations of the ingredients, discovering new possibilities. We spent extensive time immersed in this landscape, observing, walking, and connecting with it. We sought to capture its essence by creating new flavors through combinations of only what we could find during our explorations—walking, getting lost in the sound of the wind, feeling the sticky mud, and seeing the vibrant green of the grass.

Exploring and collecting materials from the fields for then analyze them.

Once in the kitchen we tested, infused, cooked and combine them to create our work.
